HERALD STAFF REPORT

MANATEE — Richard Ray Coble, 37, has told police that he knows he must have a business license from the state of Florida in order to do pest control in Bradenton.

But even though he has been warned twice and fined twice before for doing pest control without a license, Coble was caught again on Thursday performing pest control duties in the 5000 block of 58th Avenue East, Bradenton without a license, according to a Manatee County Sheriff’s Office report.

Coble was arrested and charged with being an unlicensed pest control operator.

According to the arrest report, Coble has paid a $600 fine and has one for $1,000 that is outstanding.

Coble, who lives in North Port, was in the Manatee County jail Friday with bond set at $120.

One Response to Unlicensed Bradenton pest control operator caught again

  1. You are so correct, check out the company you are thinking of using. Go to the Better Business Bureau in your area, google them (don’t believe everything) but you can also check with friends and relatives. The National Pest Management Association also can give information on licensing and whether they are QualityPro.

I’ll add one more, you can tell when someone cares about what they do and it is obvious that Beucher & Son has that commitment. They have great reviews, they also have trusted vendors (who recommend and trust them) and they blog facts which are helpful not to just gain new business but to help customers take care of bug issues without having to spend money – that’s commitment… That’s an investment within their community!
